Q. What is a Personal Concierge?

Simply put personal concierge services are individual services for clients who need assistance managing their professional, personal or social commitments. You can use as little time as 2 hours or more, depending on what you need help with. Services include organizing, securing reservations, dry cleaning runs, package returns/shipping, personal shopping, wait services, grocery shopping, daily needs……any type of errands or labor-related services that are reasonable, ethical and legal. We handle the to-do lists for the time deprived. Services are provided by the hour (with a 2 hour minimum) and are measured and billed in 15 minute increments after the first two hours.

But really the sky is the limit. Be creative – or better yet just think to yourself what do I dislike doing? Or what part of life am I missing out on due to my never ending to-do list? Those are the tasks a concierge is meant to handle whether you are in a bind or just putting something off because you dislike doing it.

Q. Do you charge mileage, in addition to your hourly fee?

Great question! There is no charge for mileage unless we are traveling more than 20 miles round trip. Then, mileage is charged at $.55 per mile.

Q. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We are licensed, carry general liability insurance and are also bonded.

Q. Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Absolutely! We offer customized gift certificates for any occasion. What a thoughtful gift for new parents, Mother’s Day, Realtor appreciation, or aging in place seniors.
